- Smoking (including cigars and e-cigarettes/vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the Gardens.
- Hershey Gardens is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A picnic area is located outside the main entrance. Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No outside food may be brought into the Gardens.
- With the exception of service dogs, no animals are permitted inside the Gardens.
- Skateboards, roller blades and heelys are not permitted.
- Strollers are not permitted inside the Atrium.
- Feel free to walk on the grass.
- Benches and water fountains are located throughout the Gardens. Water bottle refill stations are located in the Conservatory and the Education Center.
