Scouting for Nature -Available Year Round!
Explore Hershey Gardens with a scavenger hunt created specifically for Scouts! The hunt which satisfies some Brownie and Junior Girl Scout requirements provides a closer look at the outdoor themed Gardens and indoor Butterfly Atrium. “Scouting for Nature” is available to all Scouts – Gardens admission must be purchased to complete the hunt. Once completed, scouts will receive a Hershey Gardens patch for their achievement.
Scout troops of 5 or more scouts are eligible to receive a discounted rate.

Badge Workshops
Brownie Scout “Outdoor Art Creator” Badge Requirement Workshop
Saturday, October 5 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Explore creative movement, make art with recycled and natural objects and further develop your observational skills as you earn your “Outdoor Art Creator” badge. At least one adult is required to register and accompany each troop, or individual Scout.
$15 per Scout; $13 per Scout leader

Junior Scout “Outdoor Art Explorer” Badge Requirement Workshop
Saturday, October 5 from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Let Hershey Gardens be your inspiration as you explore, learn about and create various artworks designed with nature in mind! At least one adult is required to register and accompany each troop, or individual Scout.
