For the best experience, we encourage you to plan your visit so you can fully enjoy one of our many attractions, events and programs.
- Smoking (including cigars and e-cigarettes/vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the Gardens.
- Hershey Gardens is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A picnic area is located outside the main entrance for use by Gardens guests. Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Groups of 15 or more must call (717) 508-5970 to reserve tables 48 hours in advance.
- No outside food may be brought into the Gardens.
- With the exception of service dogs, no animals are permitted inside the Gardens.
- Skateboards, roller blades and heelys are not permitted.
- Strollers are not permitted inside the Atrium.
- Feel free to walk on the grass.
- Benches and water fountains are located throughout the Gardens. Water bottle refill stations are located in the Conservatory and the Education Center.
