- Smoking (including cigars) is strictly prohibited inside the Gardens.
- Hershey Gardens is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-serves basis.
- A picnic area is located outside the main entrance. Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No outside food or beverage may be brought into the Gardens.
- With the exception of service dogs, no animals are permitted inside the Gardens.
- Skateboards, roller blades, and heelys are not permitted.
