Hershey Gardens is a great place for your event! Guests can visit the Butterfly House* and rejuvenate as they explore the beauty of the gardens.
Choose from three ideal private rental facilities:
1. Outdoor Tent (various locations available)
Your guests will never forget this spectacular location! Ideal for corporate retreats, receptions and parties.
Available April through October on
Saturdays & Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (11:00 a.m. to dusk on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays during June, July & August)

2. Education Center
Ideal facility in a beautiful setting for lectures, meetings, bridal/baby showers, presentations and luncheons.
Available year-round
Rental fee: $100/hour (2-hour minimum) plus admission**
Rental equipment available at an additional fee.
3. Shaded Classroom
Nestled within The Children’s Garden, this facility provides a fun, relaxing atmosphere perfect for quality time with family and friends.
Ideal for bridal/baby showers and small parties or luncheons.

Monday through Friday 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.,
Saturday & Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (11:00 a.m. - dusk on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, June through August)
Rental fee: $100/hour (two hour minimum)
Catering is available through Bell Tower Catering.
Room size: 24' x 48'
Capacity: 40 guests
